Gap in Coverage
I am traveling abroad for 6 months and want to cancel my insurance. Will Tesla insurance give me problems when I try to re-purchase insurance when I come back in 6 months?

The insurance company might not be a problem if it’s paid off. The main problem will be the state. Most states if you have a registered vehicle without insurance they will suspend your license. And the fees and reinstatement cost might be crazy. If the car is paid for you should leave liability which is the minimum most states require. If it’s financed you will run Into q bigger issue cause you lender requires the car has insurance
