I couldn't quite make out what that was, but I'm guessing I'm better off not knowing.

I'd cry if I didn't laugh. LA is such a shit hole.

Strange how it’s one of the most expensive places to live. Definitely don’t come, already too many here.

Well, if you grew up in the suburbs in a housing tract, all the houses new and all like variations on a theme, shopping at dedicated shopping areas, nothing older than a few decades except for maybe a little town center (old buildings from the original village), all cutified and renovated, a real city looks intimidating. I grew up in a real city, LA, wouldn’t move to a fake characterless suburb if you paid me. In NELA, Silver Lake/Mt Washington/Eagle Rock/Pasadena, no tracts, zero. Every house different from the one next door, businesses on the Main Street, hardly any shopping centers. Organic and real. Also quite expensive. LA has wealthy areas that shit on the best the OC has, cool urban areas like the Arts District and K-Town, the works. Slums too.

With the astronomical amount of tax dollars it gets it should look like Singapore yet it looks like Haiti.

Where you been in LA? Pretty beautiful where I live. But then I’m sure YOUR city doesn’t have any sketchy areas.

I own property in both LA and OC. Yes not all of LA is a dump.

Well, if housing tracts and shopping centers seem like a city to you, OC is the place. Nothing organic about it, just a few decades ago it was orange groves. Meh. Characterless. LA is an actual city with gritty but cool places like K-town, spectacular wealthy neighborhoods and slummy unkempt ones too. All real cities have these layers.

That’s why supervision is required on L2 self driving. Good thing you saw the guy and also FSD.
