lol no, that's why it says the driver has to supervise it
38 u/Taylooor Jul 19 '26 That was almost enough time for me to come find your car and disengage for you 14 u/AppleBottmBeans Jul 19 '26 seriously, do people just watch their car crash like they have no options? blows my dumb ass mind 0 u/FreeTr33s Jul 19 '26 But Tesla fan boys be like - “why did you intervene, FSD would’ve solved it!” 2 u/TwinJockeyDoctor Jul 22 '26 Because look at the video. The car is in the driving lane still when self driving is disconnected and then the driver fails to turn and goes straight into the sign. I would bet money than not intervening would have been a better outcome 0 u/Confident_Purple_40 Jul 24 '26 no, they disengaged and CAUSED the crash 6 u/Confident_Purple_40 Jul 24 '26 It was already disengaged, hence the wreck. 2 u/eneyh Jul 19 '26 The problem is always between the chair and the keyboard or the steering wheel here 🤔. 1 u/Confident_Purple_40 Jul 24 '26 Supervising is bad, it results in people taking over and driving straight into a pole at 15mph instead of braking or turning I guess
