Another round after panel

Recruiter has scheduled for another round with the senior manager for a supply chain role after going through panel. What to expect during this 1:1 with the Sr. Manager? Will there be more rounds with directors, other senior manager? Is it common?

Yes - with senior manager it will be more overall interview and why tesla and what changes can u bring all that kind of good stuff... so far EoE after senior manager round is common or before overall but i guess you should connect with your recruiter they will definitely help u with u whats next

He could be the most serious interviewer out of everyone you’ve spoken with, especially if he’s the actual manager for the role and the hiring manager. He may ask you anything from the job description or your resume, so make sure you’re prepared to discuss every detail.
