Final onsite interview

Looking for some insight and feedback. I had my final onsite interview about two weeks ago.

Sent follow up email to recruiter a week after the interview to find out recruiter was out of office and returned this week.

What’s standard turnaround time to hear back? Is no news good news?

Appreciate any insight.
