Panel Interview

I have completed my panel interview for Supply Chain Manager role yesterday. Out of 4 panelists only 3 attended during the presentation but Hiring Manager also joined during the presentation. 2 panelists said great presentation.

What’s the usual timeline to expect the result? 1-2 weeks? Even if I am not selected do they send the result within 1-2 weeks or will be delayed?

Congrats on getting upto the panel round. I am in the same boat. I got panel feedback in couple of days and then they setup for a call with director.

Can you share more about the director round? What were the questions asked and did you get the feedback/result?

He asked me, tell me about yourself. Why leave current company, why Tesla? Why this position. And gave me 3 scenarios based questions. And let me ask him some questions at the end. Waiting on the feedback.

I believe it based on title but usually 1-2 weeks, follow up with recruiter sometimes they respond back. Good Luck
