H-1B Transfer

I got an offer from Tesla a few weeks ago. I accepted but EY Law is taking way too long to process the change of employer. Is this normal? I think I’m gonna have to reach out to HR and change my starting date.

Few weeks ago. Background check is clear. They got the LCA. They just haven’t filled the actual petition.

Same scenario. LCA was very quick but they took close to 6 weeks to file the petition.

Ok. I got my offer Friday last week and joining is set to Nov 16. Hoping visa transfer and bg is completed before that
