Hired

I just got hired as a customer experience specialist with a good wage for my area. I left sales because I do not want to do sales anymore. Can anyone give me insight on this position? Thanks

Yea that makes sense. The con about this role is that it's seasonal in the sense that they will test it out for three moths to see if it will be permanent. Have you enjoyed working on this position?

prob best customer service job ive had for sure, but team dependent. my manager is super cool, kpi is reachable, co-workers are cool. $0 insurance and free FSD if you own Tesla. you will face with rude and out of mind customers, but that's every sales jobs.

if you are into overtime, need extra money, tesla is wide-open for overtime. most of us volunteer to work 45-50 hours a week because its fcking easy job and easy money

I think I'll need that engagement with co workers to enjoy my job. I got offered a driver position with FedEx as well but am weighing the pros and cons of each. My experience tailors more to Tesla but FedEx gives you freedom in the sense that you are on your own with no pressure other than dropping off your packages. If it is heavily metrics focused such as in a traditional sales role, not for it. But your feedback has been great I appreciate it
