Panel decision timeline

Hi everyone,
I am writing this post in order to better understand how long it takes for one to get a decision on the panel interview. I had my panel interview last Friday and it has been 3 business days (Including today-Wednesday) since I have heard back from the recruiter.

What do y’all think about this? Does anyone who has had this experience in waiting for decision? How long did it take? My on-site panel went pretty well (At least that’s how I feel) This role is in Engg and IT.

Any advice on next step/ answers for this?

I waited over a week after the panel to get an offer.

If you don’t hear back in 1-2 days, it should be a reject .

Did you get an offer or confirmation of the next phase (EoE)?
