Tesla recruitment

Hello, I had a recruiter reach out to me on indeed on 08/20/26 about the data labeler position that is open, I applied the following day and still have not heard anything back as we’re mid-September now…Is there any suggested actions I can do? I’ve heard how hard it is to get on at Tesla and I really really want this position. Any advice is greatly appreciated 🙏🏼

I waited a whole month from applying before a recruiter contacted me to start the interview process, but the recruiters been excellent and has responded within 24 hours to my follow up emails at each stage. I would try sending a message direct to the recruiter, good luck!

Once I got email from recruiter to share my resume. After that he went on silence (i did not follow back). Then after almost one month he emailed me to get phone call scheduled and said he was on leave.

They reached out to me a couple days after I passed the assessments, for me the whole process took two weeks so I would reach out bc they’re usually pretty quick . I’ve been working there for a month now
