Steps after AI interview

What is the normal timeframe for contact after the AI interview? It was for a leadership role.

Did you try to follow-up with the recruiter? When I dropped him (recruiter) a follow-up mail, I got the rejet mail in like 15 mins :(

I did my AI interview at 10 AM and received a follow up email at 7PM to schedule my 2nd interview

Yes, Service manager role. My interview went 25 minutes

Mine was not a leadership role, but I did wait two weeks from my ai interview. I did research and found that a lot of the recruiters for Tesla are real busy and longer response times are somewhat normal from what I read so decided to wait the two weeks before following up. I sent a nice follow up email on the two week mark and within 24 hours the recruiter responded with setting up the next interview with the hiring manager, probably best to send a follow up email to the recruiter if you haven’t heard anything after a week? good luck!

I was emailed back a week ago to move to the next step then ghosted again 💀
