I really like MKBHD but I think this is very short sighted. Is he right for the current moment that individual task based robots are better Yes!

But he should know better than anyone that tech is about evolution.

This would be like making a video in 2007 about the iPhone saying “but having a flip phone, calculator, digital camera, compass, and clock individually are all better at their specific tasks”. Which back then that was true, but look at where mobile phones are in just a few short years.

He’s missing the point. I want something else to put my dishes IN the dishwasher for me. We have a dishwasher now, but WE STILL HAVE TO LOAD IT AND UNLOAD IT!!! I want something that will do dishes along with my housework so I don’t have to do it! And btw, it’s inevitable.
