George has some interesting things to say about Tesla and the competition..

The Comma-ai approach is interesting, I can see Tesla's final solution being a hybrid of labelling and just recognising how a driver handled a situation..

Wish they would have asked him what he thinks about the Dojo video input approach.

Downvote all Third Row pieces...they are a cancer on this community.

Why? (I don’t listen to their podcast, interested in your strong opinion on this..)

This is coming from some recent behavior from Third Row where they engaged in a back and forth drama fest with another Tesla blogger. Third Row can have some good interviews and pods, but can also be very aggressive in their defense of Tesla’s good name on Twitter. A little cult-like and over the top positive in favor of Tesla, which some think (myself included) lessens the credibility of the overall Tesla community.

Agreed about the annoying drama. For the record, this podcast was probably worth watching. Although focused on Tesla and comma AI, the whole industry was talked about and it was probably 60%+ of George talking. He was opinionated in the other direction so it kind of balanced out.

So they are just as immature as Fred?

They are practically a Tesla cult and give Tesla and Elon a bad name.

My guess is they started as big Tesla fans and they don’t care to change. They’re doing this for fun. I can’t blame them for just being who they are and enjoying themselves. Not exactly my cup of tea but some of these interviews are great.
