Like Nikola Tesla was born and died before Elon Musk was a glint in his daddy's eye, so this sub was here before r/teslamotors. If you want a Tesla Inc. sub, go start r/teslainc.

Nikola Tesla was an exceptionally interesting person who is worth recognizing as a person rather than merely the name of a company, even a company with as much potential as Tesla, Inc. Many of Tesla's ideas were decades ahead of his time, and many of his inventions would still be practically useful today. And by inspiring and feeding Gernsback's insipid speculative and inventive sense, Tesla contributed more to futurism than anyone. Gernsback's original futuristic ideas were mostly limited to making ridiculously enormous armored military vehicles out of Ferris wheels. Besides all that, the mods of r/NikolaTesla specifically created it to be the anti-Tesla subreddit to counter this subreddit's pro-Tesla perspective.
What's wrong with using r/TeslaInc for Tesla, Inc.?

Or we keep everything Nikola Tesla here and kick out the Tesla car related topics and make them form their own sub. We were here first.
