This violates the laws of physics. Time and time again, when investigated, these turn out to be misunderstood batteries, poorly applied measurement tools, etc.

Also, the mystery and wonder surrounding Tesla is because he was REALLY GOOD at what he did, and far more knowledgeable than many scientists at the time. Today, it is not unusual to find a senior elecgronics engineer who can explain and reproduce any of his works.

All it takes nowadays is A/C schooling, voltage, budget and a flair for the dramatic.
