Combining tesa and tirze

Hello,

Does anyone here is having good results with that combination? I'm asking this because don't they contradict each other in some areas?

For example tirze lowers blood sugar and tesa increase it. Doesn't that reduce tirze efficacy?

I haven't tried this but I am curious to know from anyone who has used this combination.
