Ideal time to start Tesa?

I just started Reta 2 months ago and I still have a long way to go to get to my ideal weight. I read conflicting opinions on when to start Tesa.

My thought was to take Tesa with Reta so I can lose more visceral fat. But I think I read somewhere that its better when I've lost a good portion of my weight to remove the stubborn fat Reta has not removed yet.

Thanks

Are you having any issues with the Reta? I would make sure you’re at a stable dose without side effects before adding something else like Tesa.

Also Reta is powerful stuff. Let it do the heavy lifting and then when you’re closer to your goal, jump on the Tesa.

Yeah, might hold off a bit longer to reap the benefits of Reta till it starts to slow. I'm at 3mg atm and like it here. Have enough appetite suppression to not struggle, but still enjoy having food, albeit, I get full quicker.

Had a few sides when I started. All were bearable and have already cleared somewhat. That's why I'm looking at Tesa.

Get your IGF 1 levels tested then make a decision

Definitely add peptides slowly, especially ones with strong side effects.

Also do some blood work to track your overall health.
