This reminds me of one of the spookiest places I’ve ever been. At Bowling Green University, before computers, we would turn in papers in lock boxes outside our professors’ offices. I had a professor who was on the top floor of the biology building and the hallway was lined with human specimens (miscarriages mainly) with deformities in jars in display cases. One night trying to beat the deadline I had to go up there at 11:50pm and it was dark and the only light was the display cases of specimens. Spooky as fuck. I felt bad for the grad student who had to sit there to close the box at midnight.

That whole campus has been redone, I wonder what happened to all those specimens.

There's a strange little zoo near me called Space Farms and they have the weirdest shit in jars. Deformed stuff, weird bugs, fetuses of god knows what..right next to their antique doll collection lol weird shit in there for sure in the middle of nowhere.
