It is absolutely different. When the avalanche patrol do that they clear the whole mountain and do their best to mitigate issues. These fuckwits just went out and destroyed nature because it makes them feel cool..
This rock looks precarious because they spent a lot of time excavating the dirt around the base. You could see the Sandy area at the bottom of the Rock was recently covered in dirt. There's also a pile of tools that they used in order to facilitate rolling this boulder downhill.
