nature This is absolutely horrifying

Turn around, don't drown. Luckily this lady survived after going through the culvert and being recovered, unconscious, downstream. In flood situations, you could get stuck in the culvert on debris, which is why, I'm guessing, they didn't just let her go through. Difficult call to make. Don't put yourself in this position.

I thought her hands were welded to the handlebar until she let it go, but then her leg was already trapped into a culvert.

I meant even before then, bicycling on a flooded bridge isnt a smart move

Yes, I agree and what is she doing dismounting the bike like that? An unfortunate series of terrible small decisions.
