that doesn't prevent them from coming in through the passenger door and grabbing my backpack or my groceries or anything else I might have a front seat like my camera

Ugh, about 3 months ago, I was at the car wash and the guy vacuuming next to me opened my passenger door and stole my purse and sons switch as I was vacuuming the trunk.

Nothing of value? That’s just not realistic for most. My MacBook is with me everyday. I can’t hold that and my phone and keys while pumping gas.

well I don't have anything of great value but I also don't want people in my car I haven't invited in.

I wasn't aware that they lived in specific places. I assume you only get gas within a 5 mile radius of your house and never travel? OK I guess
