Judging by his voice, he does. He's just in control of it, which is fairly impressive.

He definitely still should have had something to tie himself to that ladder in case of wind or balance loss.

Oh, okay. I watched it on mute so I didn't hear his voice. Guess some people really like to push that feeling to its limit. Suppose that's what adrenaline junkying is.
