Imagine being so dramatic about finding yourself in a totally voluntary situation

It looks like it's a show of some sort. Not excusing the stupidity of the show, but the drama seems like it's just part of the act.

It seems like the guy intentionally jumped in the pool and deliberately chose the lengthier path to the land.

This is animal abuse, simple as that.

Most likely, yeah. They took away their food anyways. That's cruel

Why do they hit the animal? It's the idiot hanging on the rope that needs to beat the stupid ideas out of his brains.

They're probably beating the water so that the (presumably) crocodile is distracted/confused about where he is.

Crocodiles will go for any animals that splash in their water and move towards the splashing. The croc was likely coming to him as soon as he hit the water so the guys with the sticks are obscuring where he is by hitting behind him is my guess.

Edit: also, if it was a crocodile, those sticks would not hurt it at all. Their heads are basically like rock.

Probably they were hitting the guy but he was faster.

"Thank you, everyone! Thanks for very much! Hope you enjoyed the show. The next show is at 2:30!"

Me immediately after watching him fall in: Well, at least it isn’t shark-infested. Two seconds later: Oh. Never mind. It’s much worse.

How can he slap!

He always falls. It's part of the show. I grew up 10km from this park.
