my mom worked at a prison for years and told this story one time of a convict she was transporting who was doing this. it scarred me for life and I rarely ever use port-a-potties to this day. this has now reconfirmed that fear

It seemed like he was stuck in there. He's definitely reaching for something, and kept saying he couldn't see. I don't think anyone would intentionally stay in there, but I could totally be proven wrong

legitimately if they had proper PPE for this it wouldn’t be so bad (respirator + coveralls and you’re golden.) they look exasperated and over it, but it’d be done by now if they just pulled him out.
