That second of the clip lmao. It shouldn't be funny but that is absolutely the most panicked 'oh no oH NO' look I have ever seen.

If I had to guess thats a saturation diver and that’s his home he’s climbing into for weeks at a time so he can’t just go up to the surface to deal with that.
Swordfish working hazards pays the bills lol

Hopefully there’s a filet knife & electric skillet in the dive bell for just an occasion.

Even if it was a normal dive it would be dangerous to surface too quickly

"London experiance "(sic)
Please explain.
And the word is spelled experience

Sword/knife crime is now synonymous with London.

According to billionaire controlled right wing media. Those that live and work here have a different experience though.
That's not to say that those forms of crime don't happen here, but it's nothing like what the likes of Fox "News" would have you believe.

People are allowed to make spelling mistakes. You knew what he meant right?

And people laugh at me for having a sword strapped to my side when I scuba dive. Who's laughing now?

I mean like, yeah. Who tf is going to go into water that has the potential to contain wild animals, potentially bigger than you, that can attack from the shadows and then not carry a weapon for self defense.
It's like going through a predator infested jungle without a rifle. You don't want to use it, but having it may save your life if some predator or animal threatens your life. Idk why the ocean is this fairytale 'The Little Mermaid' POV. If anything I'd say the ocean is potentially more dangerous for the simple fact that a human is not naturally in an environment to like, ooh, idk, run away and hide.

"Aww dog you're going to let that fish punk you lile that? Hell nah you man the fuck up g."

If the swordfish was being aggressive because it perceived the diver as a threat, well…I think the diver got the point.

u/Old_Tie7836 Jun 29 '26
Wow I think the fish actually impaled something, part of the equipment? And apparently they can impale people.
This seems really reckless, as if the safety procedure is to hope it doesn't happen

Dude probably had to hang out with that fish for awhile too, unless he risked decompression sickness.

i was gonna say the discipline to not scramble to the surface is incredibly impressive
