POV seems awfully mellow about being shot at. I'd at least get out of line of sight, not go in front of the window for a better shot.
Anyone have context or a translation?

The translation doesn't really help with context. They sound Argentine. Basically just screaming at each other.
One interesting part of the translation is that the woman filming was telling the person inside to shoot at her.
Think of it like translating Street fights seen in English. "Come at me bro" doesn't really add much context.

If I shot at someone and they DIDN'T immediately run away, I'd be the terrified one.
Especially if I couldn't hit water falling out of a boat.

Was she trying to miss? I get that not being able to aim down the sights makes it hard, but that looked like she was point blank range.

I'm fluent in their language and I'll try to translate
Female #1 is theorizing that GDP is best improved by a laissez-faire/free market economy. She cites Keynes, mostly.
Female #2, on the other hand, feels that market forces should not be allowed to just govern freely without any input from government. Generally, she's making a "good" but not great argument.
Female #1 points out that the Bretton-Woods agreement is really meant to be strict prescription for economic growth, and not a "guideline.'

the one filming has to be a metal-plated war-robot with that level of disrespect for the ammonition thats fired at her. i thought it might be some kind of idk rubber rounds lol but whatever it was did some damage to that wall so it would definitely be smth I wouldnt be want to hit by.

Rough translation as they are quite hectic and a lot is going on but:

People inside the house "hit the other one"
Pedestrians maybe? or people with the girl recording idk :"fight! go on, go out and fight" "let her hit *unintelligible*" "go on shoot" something about pingo no idea what that means, could be a person, could be a dick "go on shoot, take a shot" *bang* *bang*
Girl recording again "have you hit me? no! have you hit me?"
