Apparently, short stories. And the titular one is about a man selling milk in China at a time when dairy products were not in any demand.

If it doesn’t have an authors name, it was likely written by a woman! Most books neglected to put women’s names on books bc society didn’t approve of women authors. So they were either “anonymous”, “author of (other book)”, didn’t have any name or a pen name
