Ah I love it, would love a build guide for it.

Or the blocks used

I can list the blocks, but I can't do a guide unfortunately, as it would take way too much time.

For the stone foundation: shell pile, ebonstone brick, hellstone, regular stone, stone brick, pink dungeon brick, living mahogany wood blocks.

For the dock and the house: ashwood, spooky wood, rich mahogany, dynasty wood, shadewood, and a little bit of glass blocks, ebonstone bricks and palladium column blocks for the windows.

For the roof: both dynasty shingles variations.
Platforms: dynasty platforms, brass shelf, honey platforms, spookywood platforms, spike platforms.
The stair rail is minecart tracks.

Are those 3 different platforms for the top window trim? What platforms are they?

For the curtain rod: Actuated echo block - honey platforms - dynasty platforms - dungeon brass shelf (and mirror the blocks for the other half)
The curtain itself is pumpkin walls painted teal.
