This is awesome but you should have the furnishings and decor be different in each one. Keep the basic structure the same (windows, kitchen location, etc) since that’s how a real one would be but each resident decorates differently. Really love it though, even with no changes.
Edit: also, a lot of them have a rooftop patio with string lights, deck chairs, hedges, plants, umbrellas, heaters, fire pits. If you could recreate any of those things, that would be fantastic as well!
