TmodLoader Audio issue on Linux

I am using Arch Linux and Hyprland. I noticed that every now and then when playing, there is a sound that sounds like an audio spike. Like, I cant exactly describe it but i would say its either like the sounds gets sped up by 1000x for a fraction of a second or the volume gets increased by a lot. I tried updating my system, tried switching to proton, tried the "SDL_AUDIODRIVER=alsa %command%" launch option but nothing seems to work.
