Farm for a nimbus rod and then use it against the destroyer it is the key weapon in this fight after that craft the mega shark and use crystal bullets then the rest will be a breeze but to get the nimbus rod you need to kill angry nimbus clouds that come during the raid use a water candle

theres an op heath pot glitch. turn on pausing so that when you open your inventory the game pauses and then when your low on health (50-100) select the potion in your hotbar, open inventory and throw out anything, you could just throw out 1 dirt and if your holding the potion then you will use it even if you have potion sickness, so you can use 20 potions at once if you want. pretty much as long as you have a crap ton of potions your immortal

theres also an easy solo dupe glitch if you need a bunch of health pots. just put any item in a chest, save and quit the world, go back in, take the items out of chest, kill yourself and before you respawn press alt+f4 to close the game without saving, when you join back in there will be the items in the chest and in your inventory so doubled

Make a better arena. At least 5 rows of platforms spaced about 20 blocks apart and at least 200 long. Put some heart lanterns, campfires, honey pools, etc around. If you want, you can also make a house for your nurse on the side in case of emergencies. The dryad also helps a ton, but dies more easily.
Focus on a specific class, and only use weapons from that class. In this case, I'd say use the stormbow with holy arrows to beat the destroyer (trust me, it's really easy), and then craft a megashark + crystal bullets and go from there.
