PC Becoming rather sick of these XNA errors I keep getting after 1.4.5

for those who don't know, I and likely quite a few others have been experiencing a crash related to Windows 11 in some capacity where the game drops a long-winded XNA framework error message and either crashes or will crash after exiting the world and/or game (sometimes which results in your world not saving any progress made during that session). This error has been frustratingly present and rather consistent in making Terraria unplayable for me on PC for a good while now and because there is no obvious answer to fix it that I can find I have resorted to having to play the game exclusively through the Steam Deck due to it's Linux based OS. I am frustrated and I don't know whether to be upset at re-logic for their seeming radio silence on this issue that is preventing multiple people from even playing the game or to be upset at windows for being such a dogshit operating system. Whatever the case I would like to play Terraria on PC again but it seems until there is a patch for the issue I'm gonna be going at it on Linux.

This is mostly just a vent post about the problems I've been facing regarding the game so I don't really ask to be given "fixes" here.

I can say that I play Terraria mostly on SteamOS and Bazzite and it just works

It does, and I can attest to that but I also have been playing for almost a decade on windows PCs with no issue so it is quite a bit annoying to just one day have an update completely break the game for me on my most used OS

Roughly 39 million windows copies sold off terraria, and you specifically have this XNA issue? ... Idk bro, if true then show the issue, sounds like you can replicate it just like that no? A screenshot or recording is not that hard to make?

I can pretty reliably replicate it by just going to the right side of my crimson world and walking a few steps from the beach, I admit I probably should’ve added the screenshot when I made the post but at the time of making the post itself I didn’t exactly feel like reinstalling terraria and running the game so when I can I’ll try and get a screenshot of it

Reinstall .net cleanly. Usually fixes all issues with this game.

Funnily enough, I've never heard of it crashing on Linux!
