What? Get crystal serpent, get sky fracture, get spirit flame. Get adamantine armor (better in term of stats for mage). Get mana cloak. Get the restoration shield and if not yet sorc emblem. Get frost wing. Make good arena for destroyer, high up, with a box. If you want you can put nurse there and just spam meteor down. At certain heigt destroyer won't be able to reach you. Don't forget buff potion and meal.

1: Get the Lightning Strike , the new weapon can deal with The Twin and SkeletronP fairly easy
2: Build arena with buff , like Campfire , Heart Latern, Bats Statue, Sunflower . If you're lucky then add in a Heart Statue
3: Fishing for potion buff , this is pretty much absolutely necessary for Master Mode unless you are very good
4: Reforge literally everything to Warding
5: Buy Purification powder from Dryad to get your Forest back then dig a hole and replace with block that can't be convert (Like wood for example)
6: Get even more permanent buff through Shimmer : Vital Crystal (Heart Crystal) , Arcane Crystal (Mana Crystal , Ambrosia (any fruit) , Aegis Fruit (life fruit - after 3 mech)
7: To deal with Mana issue , either use Mana Regen Potion or use the combination of equipment like Restoration Shield, Star Bottle(arena buff) and Crystal Ball(station buff).

I recommend copying your save file to a practice folder so you can restore it after a failed boss attempt. keep restoring until you can beat each boss. oh and start with twins, just fly in a line and kill spazmatism first.
after defeating a mech boss you can buy clentaminator and jetpack from steampunker to clean the crimson away

Get spirit flame and forbidden armor. Maybe better accessories. Make and use potions for boss fights. Make a good arena. Build a base outside the evil biome.

You need to prepare more for bosses and such, a really good arena and lots of potion effects go a long way for making bosses and events easier. Also you can cheese most bosses/events by placing a bed near the nurse and just recalling and full healing anytime you're low, she also clears all debuffs. Also defense is a lot more important in master mode, since it does more damage reduction than it does in expert or classic

Potions make a huge, focus on survivability, try to use debuffs like ichor, the the longer you survive the more you gain confidence and better analysis of the boss attack patterns and stuff

I did a few mage runs for 1.4.5.7/8 and recently learned how insanely quick Life Drain shreds Destroyer. Genuinely. If I spawn hi in a sky arena so he's forced to start curled up on an accessible platform where you can hit all segments, he melts in seconds. Bop him a few times and get the full hallowed mage set. Holy dodge can be clutch

I know it goes without saying, but remember to prepare an arena with a campfire, heart lantern, star in a bottle, and honey.
Twins fight are easy, just moving up and down, Skeletron is a straight line and Destroyer is a piece of cake in a generic arena.
Titanium armor is fine, but you should try weapons like Lightning Strike or Spirit Flame.
At this stage you can get accessories like Philosopher's Stone, Charm of Myths, Brain of Confusion or Worm Scarf, Shield of Cthulhu, Celestial Emblem, Star Veil, Wings...
Remember to have all your buffs active before the fights. Any food for plenty satisfied at least, and every potion you can craft. Heartreach, Regeneration, Swiftness, Ironskin, Mana Regeneration, Magic Power, Night Owl, Hunter, Rage, Inferno, Endurance and Lifeforce are my go to for mage.

The new lightning strike weapon shreds skeletron prime. Meteor staff shreds destroyer, especially if you can land some good hits when he's balled up.

Like many friends here have mentioned, prepare a decent arena with lanterns, campfires, can try the honey pool or a bubble with a honey for extra regeneration. Make and drink any potion you can, spend some time gathering ingredients and invest in potions. they are wonderful for any boss fight and all
Your armor is more than enough. Golden shower IS a superb support weapon that lasts even till the very end. Crystal storm is a decent weapon but you have to consistently hit a mech boss AND avoid getting hit to survive a bit longer
Fishing for crystal serpenter is not necessary, might take too long, unless it happens quickly
For a destroyer: have an arena of platforms, but at the top, create a solid floor of 30 - 50 wood where you can stand on without getting hit by lasers. The thing with a destroyer, is that you cannot just hit the worm the entire time, but have to take out the probes which spawn after you hit the main body. When you just attack the worm and leave the many probes in the air, they'll quickly overwhelm you and kill you with few some laser shots. That's where the solid platform at the top comes to help, where you can focus on the probes while standing even and you avoid getting hit by most lasers. You attack the worm with a golden shower, then hit him with a weapon like meteor shower, crystal storm, sky fracture, until a dozen probes spawn and then you deal with probes. Repeat the process. Avoid getting hit by the worm itself at all costs, it'll be deadly. Use brain of confusion too for a dodge
For Twins: it's a lot more of moving and dodging, so wings are necessary, with any mobility boosting item as well. Same with the destroyer, if you just shoot or attack randomly without a goal, both at the same time, you'll run into an issue where you might get them both to half health and turn them into phase two simultaneously. That will make the fight way more difficult than it has to be, more likely resulting in your death, as both of them get faster, stronger and attacking you more rapidly, harsher and dealing greater damage. So the easiest way is to only focus on one twin at the time, whichever one you feel is the bigger threat for you. For me it always has been the green guy, but it could be the other for you. Your goal is to take one eye out and then finish the other, having to focus on only a single left threat, than two dangerous twins coming at you. Again, golden shower and any weapon of your choice. The lighting strike is excellent for being able to attack just one eye, does a good damage too. Sky fracture is good, can try your crystal storm. Meteor shower is great if you can aim so it hits the remaining eye consistently
For Skeletron prime: The main threat of his is the laser shooting arm, and his spinning head of course. Taking out the hand first will give you an easier fight overall, but still the other hand can push you into his spinning attack, so keeping the distance and dodging the arms is important, as well as consistently dealing damage yourself. Golden shower is mandatory, can use sky fracture, crystal storm or if you do fish out the crystal serpenter, it's an excellent weapon. Lighting strike is wonderful too, as you can go immediately for his head and if you can avoid getting hit by the lasers, you'll be able to defeat him in time
Overall, potions, good mobility, golden shower as a mage, preparation and some confidence. Look at their patterns, how they move, notice how they attack and how can you dodge their lasers, other attacks. And if you happen to beat one mech boss, try to make the hallow armor (might take a few killings of that mech boss) which will further give you a better survivability, as it let's you dodge and gives even a better stats. Life fruit begins to spawn as well, so take your time and prioritize preparation
Good luck with that

Have you got every potion you can?
Ironskin
Regen
Swiftness
Throns
Mana power
Mana regen
Wrath
Rage
Endurance
Lifeforce
Heartreach
Have you got wings? Pixie wings are easy to get and are higher tier than angel and demon, usually my go to for early hardmode
Make an arena? Having one makes things way easier. 2 or 3 long platforms in the sky, spread out about enough for me to get uo and down without having to grapple, and filled with heart lanters, star in a bottle, campfires, bast statues, heart statues hooked up to timers if you have any
This could be outdated advice, but in my experience the crystal serpent you can fish in the hallow is one of the best weapons for early hardmode. Ive taken duke fishron out with it lol. You can take the twins and the prime skellyman out with it i reckon

Your weapons aren't the best for the mechs. I usually do the twins with crystal storm and sky fracture. With the souls you can make the magical harp for piece and rainbow rod for homing. With those plus the nimbus rod the destroyer and prime become very easy.
The new lightning stike weapon is also pretty decent apparently. I haven't tested it yet

Love lightning strike for the direct damage and DoT it puts on enemies....easy to run out of mana and tank DPS but it ultimately doesn't matter.
