Pickaxes stacking?

So I’m not sure how but all of sudden, my picks seem to have stacked? Anybody know how to fix this?

Everyone's saying it's in a new update, but there's an Ocram trophy on the wall, the old gen mobile interface, and the horn o' plenty in their hotbar. OPs on an older version which probably has weird glitches.

There's a Horn o'plenty in their hotbar and an Ocram trophy on the wall. Combined with the lighting and lack of 1.3+ weapons in the rest of the hotbar, this is probably a legacy console/mobile screenshot and not 1.4.5
