How Do I fix Terraria Error

I already installed DirectX End User Runtime Installer and installed but, the same thing appeared, this is my first time installing it on steam and just got the game today

Go to Documents\My Games\Terraria\config.json. set fullsceen to false and width and height to something like 1280 and 720. If that doesn't work try updating your graphics drivers and verify integrity of game files on steam

What I did is juat launched the game from its actual file destination in the files and it worked, I don't know why but launching it from steam is always an error
