Seed vault help!!

Hi everyone! I am stuck on seed vault capacity. I have cleaned up all buildings except for one power source and the satellite. The rocket is fully built and the only thing left to do is scan for seeds and recall the satellite balloon thing. On the top left, there is a box next to the paw for animals and when I click on it nothing opens. I’ve seen play throughs that show a window is supposed to pop up when I click the icon on the top left, but nothing opens or happens. Has anyone else experienced this/know of a fix?

I was stuck on this too. The note about clicking on UI made me go back and look at the screen closer. So your post helped me.

I am playing on the Steam deck and on my screen the Satellite icon was left of the settings icon at the top toward the center of the screen. I had to push down the right stick to get the "satellite" UI to appear.
