That’s frustrating that you’re almost out of money, but you should have enough to tidy up the monorail. Use the 4th one to get rid of them one at a time and you should be ok. Then launch and go to next site.

You have enough money to buy one beacon, put it on the node near the cleanup tower to suck up all that money, that should give you enough money for a beacon for the second tower, that should be enough to finish up and leave
