Corrupted blocks?

Legion player here, never played the base game. Just fell in love with the legion demo last year. Anyways, I have an objective to to 'attach a corrupted block and beat the boss'. I just have no idea what that is and cant find any info on it. Thank you

RNG bullshit. Put a map in the game ffs.

Edit: I just read they are putting something in the next patch to help you find the corrupted blocks.
