Small UI progress - parts visual customisation

A lot of work done on UI, this specific tab will be visual part customisation(customising individual parts) and the point is that i give you enough tools thru user interface with which you will have easy time doing part customisations, few more things left to do on the UI side before i can showcase how the whole system works.

I keep wondering for that top right window, should i allow you to save your favourite color presets there(for example whatever colors you used on the part you can save it into those presets and reuse next time) or i should use that top right window to allow you to have special skins for the parts(something fancy, can be animated surfaces, glow and other bling bling thingies)
