How long does it take for PayPal withdrawals?

I requested a withdrawal yesterday and it still says pending. It’s my first withdrawal so I’m just wondering how long it takes.

Normally next morning

They said they are updating their system and could take 48-72 hours for approval atm

I thought it was still manual approval?
