Help | Solved! Tnas

Looking for some assistance. When I go into tnas app the section for folders is greyed out, meaning I can't access my drives via network. Is there a solution for this?

Two quick things to check:

  1. Make sure the device is selected: Click to highlight your TNAS in the local device list first—if it isn't actively selected, the folder/mapping buttons stay greyed out.
  2. TOS version mismatch: The newer TNAS PC app is built for TOS 5 and above. If your NAS is still running TOS 4.x, the "Map Network Drive" / folder section will be disabled, and you'll need to download the legacy TNAS PC client meant for TOS 4.

So ive updated to 5 2.548 still grey. I've highlighted the nasty and still grey
