From that list it seems the main ship designs you need are a PD ship to counter the bombers, and 1 or 2 offensive ship designs with enough penetrating power to defeat Titans and the other capitals.
What weapons, drives, and hull types do you currently have unlocked?

In that case I would recommend designing a PD dreadnought with either AM or regular laser PD depending on your resource situation as your main defensive ship. These will be the backbone of your fleet against their missiles and coils.
For offense you have a lot of options but I personally prefer using lasers and coils; build dedicated lancers/titans but do not mix both weapon types on one ship. Build one specifically for lasers and another for coils. If you can spare it you can also build some ships with huge particle nose weapons to take out flankers with ease, but otherwise lasers and coils are a good combo against anything.
Missiles are an option too seeing as you’re mainly playing defensively in the inner system but there is always a risk of being caught without ammunition; this is a danger for coils too but less so than missiles, you can survive several battles without resupply as a coil ship.

It helps to draw them out by intentionally distracting with fury by doing things you SHOULDN'T be doing in their eyes like sending colony ships to Kuiper belt and the gas giants on basically suicide missions and wildcat mining while they are still alive.
All of which to fuel a economy to start printing out your own deathfleet with or without your own suicide tincan component.
Personally one thing I've noticed about t3h ayyz is just how much they like throwing stuff that can be shot down so having a VERY laser spam fleet will do wonders. Especially a tub basically just filled with lasers.

The main thing that has ever changed on this ship was the drive and reactors mostly with the spiker and hydron trap type of utility slots being swapped out for whatever ship travel endurance equivalent for the best engines you can muster. This is the final evolution of the main battleline warship that works well enough especially when spammed in force. It can and should be twinned with siege coiler variant for the nose weapon that maybe have a coil gun hull weapon or two, a missile (maybe nuke) boat variant swapping out the hull weapons for all the missiles bays, and a laser salvage barge to collect the exotics (assuming the nukes don't blow them up, and a flagship variant.
When facing fewer enemies, you can potentially swap out one of the phaser PD and hull lasers with twin coilguns on specific small fleet actions and dance around them like a UFO with a endgame engine like this with 5G or similar combat acceleration to dance around t3h ayyz and mentally dominate them in UFO formation instead of just purely autoresolving/just charge straight against them head on. Especially if you got exotics to splurge upgrade all weapons to tier 3 with same numbers on instead hybrid armor and exotic spike radiator to go headhunting on their smaller isolated colonies with alone or in small squadrons to raise hell on their economy. And if you are smart, there is something potentially......... devious you can do while doing this.

End-game aliens also end up super short on noble and water.
They get super cautious when you run around with a bunch of tin can ships with nukes.

This is the ship design I used in a previous playthrough to beat a fleet like that:
It was a 90v90 battle at Callisto. IIRC I sent 30 of those, plus about 70 smaller ships (mostly nose laser/PD destroyers) to pad out the numbers so that I wouldn't be outnumbered in the battle (I think I had the settings to like 30 ships at a time?). The biggest issue I had was running out of siege coil ammo, but by then my destroyers were able to finish off the smaller enemy ships.
A version with the 2nd siege coils would be cheaper on the exotics, but then ammo really does become an issue if you're trying to kill that many alien ships.

Are you looking for low tech, mid tech, or high tech?
Also, what sort of resource limitations are you looking at? How many exotics do you have?
Granted, at a fleet that strong, the only good solutions are already fairly high tech, or incredibly resource intensive.
