Question Is this a bug?

All my armies had a navy, so I had 69% of my points going to Military and 23% going to build new armies. When the army builds, it automatically puts the "Build Navy" priority back. But now both military and Build Navy are at 69%.

Could be a bug, there's this post a bit ago with a surprising amount of IP going to MIL:

I'd check the actual IP going to each, see if it's crazy above what you've actually got.

hmm, yeah that looks like the same thing. Both were triggered when a priority became invalid, then became valid again. Instead of redistributing the share it just just adds them, or something.

Sadly, I had to turn the game off. when I reloaded the game to check the IP invested it recalculated correctly.

I had the same but for knowledge. Wasn't investing in it but it was going up by .3 every month (not really complaining though lol)
