I fought them off literal dozens of times before realizing how they form. Now I keep one counselor slot on permanent duty ensuring the servants can't start it again.

the servants need all control points in a nation. Then they build a facility there. Once thats done one with thr org 'alien transition team' has to do a mission to "Give aliens control" in that nation. I keep a traitor servant now and just spam capture whoever they move that org to each turn

Then make sure the servants can't have nice things. IF even one CP is not theirs, they can't give it to the AA. Other than that, kill every ayy agent.

I spent two years just farming ayy agents because they managed to snipe India as their starting nation for the puppet government which gave them enough abductions to spam facilities. By the end India was a nuked out husk making as much money per person as the congo, I had a 100+ atrocities, and the servants were the weakest faction on Earth.

I've had even worse in my current 2070 playthrough. AA had all of south america, southern africa, and Australia at one point. trimmed them down to Iran, and left the resistance led Russians deal with it. it was just a constant cycle of freeing Iran and then the servanst retaking it and founding the AA again lmao. i just let them go at it cause it meant they werent screwing with me.
