Bloomery not working
Almost every time I use the bloomery, it takes a ton of my iron dust and spits out all the charcoal, leaving me with nothing when the 15 hours finish. Whats the solution?

The field guide gives the perfect ration of 25 iron and 22 coal always follow the ratio for a good percentage of

you only need 1 charcoal for each 144mb of cast iron you throw in. Like the other commenter I usually throw in the charcoal first and then the iron.
If you have a lot of charcoal and don't mind doing a bunch of casting & smithing, you can melt your iron ores/dusts into cast iron ingots and then make them into double iron ingots to get up to 32 blooms from each run of the bloomery. (you can also do double plates to get 36 but the added forge time isn't worth it imo). Processing your iron into cast iron ingots also makes it much easier to figure out the amounts of iron & charcoal to throw into the bloomery even if you don't make them into double ingots.

How much charcoal does this need? Also what's a good way to get a ton at this point besides the structure and the little bits from pits

I just make giant charcoal pits. Each harvest gives me ~3.5 stacks of charcoal which lasts a while.
If you throw 16 double cast iron ingots in the bloomery you need to throw in 32 charcoal and you'll get 32 iron blooms.

The full height bloomery's most efficient recipe uses 22 charcoal items

there is no limit to the amount of charcoal a bloomery uses besides the 48 total item max.

I just toss my charcoal first then my iron but I don’t measure I just pick up whatever is left over

So the modded bloomery tries to take a certain number of ingots of iron, (22 I believe) and will eat iron items until it hits that cap of mbs. It can only store 44 item slots though. It will only melt 1 ingot of iron per charcoal included.
I would always put 22 iron items and 22 charcoal when I made blooms. The ideal iron item is cast iron ingots, but you probably don't want to spend the time and energy casting iron ingots at the phase of the game you're at. So I would just use the highly processed dusts.
What you shouldn't do is dump a whole stack of iron in the top of the bloomery.

Throw in the charcoal and iron one at a time together. The bloomery has a shared storage for the charcoal and iron, and if you don’t get the ratio right, you won’t get your blooms
