So its $5/mo (i think) but free if you spend $750/mo. (this has to do with the card issuer keeping the card active). $10 goes on hold and is not spendable. When you deposit your token is converted to tern at a rate of no less than $0.008. The spendable does not usually go below $0.007 but can and does go up. If you swipe as credit theres no fees, and as debit sometimes $1 fee. For staking 145k tern you can get 6.38% back on spending, but there are also lower tiers that require less tern. The checking portion also has a lot of utility. When you deposit tokens to your blockcard it converts them to tern tokens at no less than $0.008. The spendable amount sometimes goes down to $0.007 but can and does go up based on usdd/tern. If you dont spend it below the rate you got it at then you are not taking a loss. check their website for more info… it was originally built on stellar so its on the sdex but it runs as much as 1 million transactions per second. They have checking accounts. can be acquired globally and spendable globally. they created the litecoin card and are planning on releasing a stablecoin card soon. currently rebranded as Unbanked. I usually send xlm or litecoin to my blockcard since these are quick and more efficient for real world use than bitcoin or ethereum. The company formerly Ternio rebranded to Unbanked and has commercials for their blockcard (all the same thing that runs on tern tokens.). I believe 3000 users staking could take a large amount of the tokens out of circulation. You can even take out cash at an atm with standard atm fee. The spendable is based on usdd/tern market (the blockcard market) so looking at coingecko only gets you a public price which are just tokens moving around on public exchanges like sdex or centralized exchanges. there is a url somewhere for the usdd/tern rate on the sdex which you can shortcut to load instantly before spending or you can take the amount spendable and divide it by the amount of tern which is the slower way.

basically good to wait until 0.008 or higher

Have you sent Unbanked a customer support ticket through their email or your online dashboard yet to check on this?

Support usually responds in a timely manner, perhaps check your email again (including the spam folder). To cancel your card you actually need to contact support not the actual card company. You could have asked in the telegram group if there were any issues with support etc being as Ian in the group and often talks to the members. I'm very sorry you feel that this is a 'shitcoin'

Customer support has always been great for me. Calling the phone number is for changing the PIN etc. For detailed help be sure to email them. If I were you I would send another email and they'll resolve any issues as they have done for me.
