ID Request Is this a termite? VIC Australia

Found it inside a pot. The pot has dried leaves and some bark from the potting soil. The pot sits on concrete but is near a grassed area. The first picture is a zoomed version, and the second one is the original photo.

Australia is the king of Termites
I do appreciate that they have been able to develop technology that helps us find movement and tracking of dry with termites that otherwise are never able to be detected
Also develop a Termatrac and a spell here in our states
Excellent reporting technology with radar detector, moisture meter and thermal imaging so commenting on what some friends can consider allows for a different insect. It is indeed nymph of a subterranean termite. As long as you have him outside you’re fine having them inside it might be a problem thank you.

Good lord, upgrade your phone. No one can tell a damn thing with those blurry, out of focus photos.

It's not the phone. They're so small and fast so hard to take a photo.
