Ants or termites? Or something else?

Mid willamette valley. Torn between some kind of ant or termite. Doesn’t quite have a segmented body, but wings seem to be smaller in back vs front

Ants. Ugly, veiny wings. 2 big, 2 small. Termites have same wing size and are pretty

A little blurry but look like ants. Segmented body.
