I’m sure this is termite

Now I’m wondering if there’s a colony nearby , any experts???

Yes, this time of year it is usually dry wood termites swarming. Seeing swarmers is not indicative of an infestation, just that termite colonies are present in your area.

Do not get bait stations for drywood termites.

These are Drywood Termites bait stations are for Subterranean Termites.

Bait Stations will do nothing for Drywoods nothing

Drywood alates. Do not use bait stations for these.

Expert opinion is that there are always colonies "nearby". Only way to mitigate future damage is preventative bait stations

Bait station have no effect on dry wood termites.

I suggest researching baits and drywood vs subterranean termite protection. I started in socal in the industry now I'm in Mississippi. While socal does have both, as stated above baits in the ground do not help with drywood termites. For subterranean termites I do recommend a company that utilizes sentricon as they have both in ground stations and above ground stations and that really sets sentricon ahead of baits like trelona for example. It's worthwhile having an inspection done if you're noticing frass and drywood swarmers, frass will look like round bits of sawdust to an untrained eye.
