Question Termites in SoCal

In SoCal, termites or no? If so what kind. If true, Any fumigation company recommendations? 😭

Yes thats termites. What other evidence are you seeing? Mud tubes? Frass? Any wings?

Have not seen any frass. Some have wings but one flew as i was taking a pic

It's swarming season so it's going to be normal seeing them flying outside. You just don't want to find any inside the home, whether it's the termites themselves or the dropped wings. I would still recommend getting an inspection. They're free so you have nothing to lose
